1.5 oz Takoi Spirits Co. Botanical Rum

1 oz Herbed Labneh

.75 oz Mint Syrup

.75 oz Lime Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, shake for 4 seconds and strain into a high ball glass on pellet ice. Garnish with dill.
